Orders & Shipping
- How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping across Canada takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status from your account page.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
Products & Authenticity
- Are your fragrances authentic?
- 100% yes. Every product we carry is genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeits.
- What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
- Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oil (15–20%) and lasts longer on skin. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lighter concentration (5–15%) and is ideal for daytime wear.
- Do you offer samples or decants?

Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy?
- We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.

- How should I store my fragrances?
- Keep fragrances away from direct sunlight and heat. Store them in a cool, dark place — a drawer or cabinet is ideal. Avoid the bathroom, as humidity can degrade the scent.
