Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping across Canada takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status from your account page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

Products & Authenticity

Are your fragrances authentic?
100% yes. Every product we carry is genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do not sell counterfeits.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oil (15–20%) and lasts longer on skin. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lighter concentration (5–15%) and is ideal for daytime wear.
Do you offer samples or decants?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
