Return Policy
Eligible items: Sealed, unopened products in original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Defective or wrong items: We cover full return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
Change of mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Not eligible: Opened, used, or damaged items; gift cards; items marked final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email support@kingsperfumes.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Authorization
We'll respond within 24 hours with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Ship the Item
Pack securely and ship to our Calgary address. Include your RMA number on the package.
Refund Issued
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
